Established in 1969, the Johnson Aluminum Foundry has grown to be a leader in producing quality sand and permanent mold aluminum castings. Our state of the art foundry is conveniently located on 1.5 acres of land with over 27,000 square feet of covered manufacturing space.

Our Hunter automatic molding equipment is fed by an automated sand system which allows us to supply high volume and quality parts at the most competittive prices. The green sand foundry utilizing three Osborn Rotolifts and five spo molding machines along with our permanent mold department, Hall automatic tilt pour and an assortment of other molding equipment along with in-house heat-treating allows Johnson Aluminum Foundry, Inc. to have a widely diversified customer base. We are dedicated to our customers' needs, may it be rapid prototyping, 3D modeling, tooling, fixtures, design changes, machining, painting or assembling.
