II.  QUALITY CONTROL ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

  1. GENERAL QUALITY CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES.
    1. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY CONTROL IS DELEGATED TO THE QUALITY DEPARTMENT.
    2. THE QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE ONLY TO THE GENERAL MANAGER.
    3. QUALITY CONTROL SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY, RESPONSIBILITY, AND FREEDOM OF ACTION TO IDENTIFY AND EVALUATE QUALITY AND INSPECTION PROBLEMS, AND INITIATE, RECOMMEND OR PROVIDE SOLUTIONS. THE QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENTS OBJECT IS TO MAINTAIN A HIGH STANDARD BY EFFECTIVELY CONTROLLING BY INSPECTION, TEST, AND MONITORING THE VARIOUS PROCEDURES THAT BUILD QUALITY INTO THE FINAL PRODUCT.
